Regarding
a Hit 400 Camp or Clinic in Your Area. Private Lessons
also available
Our goal is to provide players
with the tools to reach the the pinnacle in baseball.
Today's top professional hitters are always measured against the
legendary Ted Williams, the last player to maintain a batting
average of .400 for an entire season. Our goal though
the Hit 400 program is to have the most alumni chasing that
pinnacle. In addition, our program aims to provide
instruction that gives young players to tools needed to become one
of the elite; the tools to become a Pro.
Best of Luck,
Eric

Testimonials
I'm very grateful to Eric Fox for
communicating effective hitting techniques to my sons, ages 14
and 16. I only wish they had started with Eric sooner.
Eric keeps a journal on all his students so that each session is
more of a continuing education class rather that the same
chapter over and over. As the students progress, the lessons
become more comprehensive and eventually cover all aspects
of situational hitting. If you are searching for someone
to significantly improve you or your son's knowledge of
baseball, look no further than Eric.
Thank You, Larry Carlson

What others
have written
Eric's career began years ago, as it
does with most. Avid in Little League and high school ball.
Even spent a four month period rehabilitating a broken
neck between his Junior and Senior years. On to college,
Eric attended Fresno State University on a football scholarship,
where he played free safety under the coaching of the legendary
Jim Sweeney. As a Bull Dog, Eric's heart still was with
baseball. After an injury his Sophomore year returning
kick offs, Eric decided baseball had more long term potential on
the upside, and less injury potential on the downside. With that
thought in mind Eric began playing baseball for the N.C.A.A.
Division I Powerhouse. Under the legendary Bob Bennet,
Eric became the 'Dogs starting center-fielder, while obtaining
N.C.C.A Division I All-American Honors as Sophomore. Eric
was selected for the U.S. National team in 1983, a team that
eventually went on to play in the 1984 Olympic Games with the
likes of Mark McGwire and B.J. Surhoff. Eric however, was
unable to play in the Olympic games after blowing out his ACL in
his left knee in a freak base running accident in the 1983 Pan
American games.
